The Nimbus 495 Flybridge was developed with the idea of being able to meet all conceivable needs today and in the future. Boating the Scandinavian way….
“Our experience is that boats built for a coastal landscape, with archipelagos, islands, islets, fjords, wave patterns and current conditions that can vary greatly within just a few nautical miles, have characteristics that work in all waters. By translating all this experience into practice in the 495 Concept, our ambition is to create a boat based on the best solutions developed through experience of operating boats in the Scandinavian coastal landscape.” says Joacim Gustavvson, Chief Designer Nimbus Group. The Nimbus 495 Flybridge has the space, comfort and capacity to be at home on the water for extended periods of time. For this reason, the tank capacity is dimensioned to be able to cover large distances but also to be able to lie quietly in a natural harbour for a long time without worrying about the power supply, a source of fresh water or “black” water capacity. One of the most important features of the boat’s design is that it is just as easy and forgiving to handle for two people in a demanding Scandinavian archipelago, as it is comfortable and safe for a couple or a family who want to make a long trip along the North Sea coasts or in the Mediterranean.
