Boutique accessories ordering information

The Hiswa General Terms and Conditions forE-Commerce apply to online accessories orders in our Boutique.

We have listed the most important information foryou:

• The prices shown on the website are in EURO,including 21% VAT, excluding shipping costs.
• You place your order by sending a completed Wishlist.
• Additional shipping costs are calculated manually for each Wishlist.
• You will receive an invoice. The order will be shipped after payment has been received.
• You can exercise your Right of Withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, you must notify us by email.
• Returning the delivered product within 14 days of registration is entirely at your expense and risk.

The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to, among other things:

• Products that have been specially manufactured for you, for example custom-made, or that have a clearly personal character or that have been ordered especially for you.
• Products that have been visiblyused.
• Products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons, including swimwear.

Shipping costs:

We ship with DHL and UPS to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Danmark, Austria and France.

Indication of shipping costs in the Netherlands:

Letterbox post: €7.25. Small package 0-2kg:€ 12.50. Medium package 2-5kg: €14.00. Large package 5-10kg: € 17.00, Other parcel sizes, price on request.

Shipping costs indication for Belgium, Germany, Danmark, Austria and France:

Small package 0-2kg: € 17.00. Medium package 2-5kg: €24.00. Large package 5-10kg: €39.00. Other parcel sizes, price on request

For returns as a result of the parcel service being unable to deliver the package and/or your failure to collect it from a parcel service point on time, you will be charged the return and additional shipping costs.

Returns:

Follow the steps below:

• Register your return within 14 days of receipt.
• Download the return form from the website www.devaartyachting.com/en/services/return and send it completed to info@devaartyachting.com.
• In case of damage, call us on +31 (0)320 2123 41
• Pack the products in the original packaging, labeled in a sturdy shipping box. Place the completed returns form in the box.

• Address the package to: De Vaart Yachting, Bolderweg 51, 8243 RD Lelystad, Netherlands, stating: Return
• Send the package in time so that it isdelivered to De Vaart Yachting within 14 days after your return notification has been received.

• Keep the proof of shipment.
