Nimbus 495 Coupé! Scandinavian design combined with functionality & comfort, clearance height < 3.5 m, bluewater boat. Nimbus Coupé Voyager!
Nimbus 495 Coupe: The most natural product in the range
The Coupé series has been the backbone of Nimbus since the company's founding in 1968. From the Nimbus 320 Coupé through to the 305 Coupé, 365 Coupé and 405 Coupé these enclosed cruisers have defined how Scandinavian boaters experience the water: protected when conditions demand it, open when the weather allows.
The 495 Coupé is the largest expression of this philosophy to date.
Two distinct approaches to life aboard
"When we developed the 495 platform, we actually began with the Coupé concept in mind. The Flybridge came first because it served certain markets well, but the 495 Coupé is, in many ways, the more natural product. This is what we had been building toward." says Joacim Gustavsson, Chief Designer at Nimbus
Jonas Göthberg, Commercial Directorat Nimbus Sweden, draws a clear distinction between Coupé and Flybridge customers.
"For a Coupé customer, a flybridge is often not just unnecessary, it can even be unthinkable. It represents something different: more maintenance, more exposure, a more extroverted approach to boating. These are not people who would buy a Flybridge if a Coupé weren't available. They are fundamentally different boaters." says Jonas Göthberg, Commercial Director at Nimbus Sweden. The typical Coupé owner values extended time aboard. These are cruisers who measure trips in weeks rather than weekends, who prioritize the interior living experience, and who want a boat that works as hard in November as it does in July.
Expanded saloon light
The most immediately noticeable difference is above your head. Without the flybridge structure, the Coupé offers a significantly larger glass sunroof, flooding the saloon with natural light. This has been a defining characteristic of Nimbus Coupés for decades, and the 495 takes it further than any previous model.
A new approach to sun protection
For boats operating in Mediterranean or North American climates, abundant skylights create a challenge: how to manage heat and glare without sacrificing the open feeling that makes them desirable. The 495 Coupé introduces an electric awning system mounted above the roof glass. At the touch of a button, the exterior canopy deploys to shade the saloon while allowing the skylights to remain open for ventilation. The result is an enclosed boat that breathes, even in strong sun.
"This is new for us. We have designed boats with maximum light, and we have designed boats with excellent weather protection. This is our first attempt to offer both simultaneously." says Joacim Gustavsson
A more capable galley
On the 495 Flybridge, the port side of the galley accommodates the staircase to the upper deck. On the Coupé, that space returns to the kitchen. The practical result is substantially more counter space, a layout that allows two people to work comfortably, and storage that the Flybridge cannot offer.
Mahogany interior option
For owners drawn to a more traditional interior character, the Nimbus 495 Coupé will be available with a mahogany interior option. Paired with a new oak sole and coordinated upholstery tones, it brings a warmer, more classic Coupé atmosphere, referencing the timeless Scandinavian cruising feel found in earlier Nimbus enclosed models.
On dedicated outerwear storage
Where the flybridge stairs once stood, the Coupé offers an aft deck wardrobe. Wet jackets, sailing boots, and foul weather gear have a proper home, separate from living spaces and sleeping quarters.
Extended self-sufficiency
With no flybridge to occupy roof space, the 495 Coupé accommodates additional solar panels. While solar power alone cannot sustain high-demand systems like air conditioning, it meaning fully extends the time an owner can remain at anchor without generator use.
Roof storage
The recessed area created by the foldable mast housing offers a practical bonus: dedicated storage for liferafts, SUPs, inflatable dinghies, and other equipment that might carry moisture or odour.
Designed for bridges
A primary driver of Coupé demand is simple: bridge clearance. With its electrically foldable mast, the 495 Coupé achieves an air draft under 3.5 metres. This dimension opens European canal systems, river networks, and the locks that connect them. The Coupé will also be available with a shortened bathing platform, bringing overall length under 14 metres for marina berth availability and registration considerations.
Owner-operated by design
"This is a boat the owner drives. We have designed it for people who do not want crew, who value their privacy, who enjoy the act of boating itself. Everything, from the sight lines to the side door position to the control systems, supports single-handed operation by a competent owner." says JoacimGustavsson
Early 495 Flybridge owners have validated this approach. The joystick system, assisted docking, and Dynamic Positioning System allow precise manoeuvring without crew assistance. The wide starboard side deck and tall guardrails make moving around the boat safe and intuitive.
What owners have discovered
The 495 Flybridge has been in owners'hands long enough to generate meaningful feedback, and much of what they report applies directly to the Coupé.
One owner, who upgraded from a 30-foot boat, initially hired an instructor before taking delivery. Within months, he was handling the vessel with complete assurance: "It is genuinely easier to manoeuvre than many 10-meter boats. The systems remove the stress."
What these owners consistently report is a quality of spatial connection throughout the vessel. The curved aft glass, the wide side door, the relationship between helm and galley and saloon, all create a sense of contact with everyone aboard. Three-quarters of 495 Flybridge buyers to date have been families with children, a notable shift from the traditional demographic for vessels of this size. These are often owners with the means to buy larger, but who value privacy, self-sufficiency, and the experience of operating their own boat.
Built for the sea
Beneath the layout differences, the 495 Coupé shares its Flybridge sibling's engineering. The hull is vacuum-infused with a Diviny cell core, a construction method that produces exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. Four structural bulkheads, each vacuum-infused with the same core material, create a hull that is torsionally rigid, quiet in a seaway, and free from the flexing that produces creaks and groans in lesser structures.
"We design for the element the boat will operate in.This is a vessel for the sea, for extended passages, for conditions that are not always perfect. Everything about it serves that purpose." says Joacim Gustavsson
Availability
The Nimbus 495 Coupé will be presented at Boot Düsseldorf 2026. Customer deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2027.

The Nimbus 495 Flybridge offers the opportunity to go anywhere and live comfortably on board for many weeks.
Nimbus 495 Flybridge
With the 495 Flybridge, Nimbus has officially stepped into the explorer segment and created a true "voyager" - a vessel for epic experiences and long-distance exploration. The 495 Concept defines new boundaries for possible experiences and establishes a new standard that makes the Nordic coupé boat relevant on the international market, above all in the Mediterranean, in the USA and in the Nordics.
Nimbus 495 Flybridge - An island of its own
The changes in travelling patterns and holiday habits over the past few years have reinforced many people’s need for their own free zone, a sanctuary with all the comfort and safety needed to be able to spend the holiday in your own homeland or own continent.
Boats are like small worlds – society in miniature – with people and stories travelling from one harbour to the next. The sea is an element that both connects and separates people.
The primary objective of the Nimbus 495 Flybridge has been to create an expedition vessel – a “voyager” if you like. For this reason, the tank capacity has been dimensioned in order to be able to cover great distances but also to be able to rest calmly in a natural harbour for a long time without worrying about the electricity supply, a source of fresh water or “black water capacity”.
The Nimbus 495 Flybridge provides the potential to go anywhere and live on board comfortably for many weeks. One of the key properties of the boat’s design is that it is just as easy and forgiving to handle for two people in a demanding Nordic archipelago as it is comfortable and safe for a couple or a family who want to head off on a long voyage of discovery in the Mediterranean or the east coast of the USA. That is why we have also referred to the boat as “an island of its own” in the development work.
Since a boat like the 495 Flybridge caters for a certain customer group with much experience, clearly defined requirements, wishes, dreams and needs, we will be able to carry out extensive customizations in partnership with the customer and in line with the customer’s specifications, so says Joacim Gustavsson, Chief Designer at Nimbus.
Maximizing Opportunities
With the 495 Concept, we want to grow the coupé concept, while at the same time build on the legacy of Nimbus’ previous and existing coupé models. The salon is the very epicenter of the boat, the heart of the model. That’s where we live on board. That’s where we have the helm, the dining area, the social lounge and the galley, says Joacim Gustavsson, Chief designer at Nimbus Group Sweden AB.
The goal of the Nimbus 495 Flybridge is to create a floating home that is both comfortable and safe, allowing you to feel embraced and want to stay on board for an extended period of time. The boat’s design is focused on optimizing function, as evident in the large rear windows in the salon. These windows were added to enhance the experience in the galley, which is an open, seamless, and integrated part of the entire social area on the aft deck and in the salon. The integration of these windows helps to create an inviting and open atmosphere that makes it more pleasant to spend time in the galley and social areas.
The Nimbus 495 Flybridge has the space, comfort and capacity to be a home on the sea for a long period of time. To be an island of its own.

The perfect boat for the skipper who enjoys social activities, comfortable living, easy handling and excellent long distance cruising properties.
Modern look and design with smart, functional solutions. The Nimbus 405 Coupé is the largest of the popular and award-winning "sidewalk" Nimbus Coupé series. The "sidewalk" deck layout maximizes walking space on the starboard side and makes it very easy to get in and out of the boat and spend time on the foredeck, while offering plenty of space in the saloon and cockpit.
Many of the boat's features are the same as those of the Nimbus 365 Coupé, but there are also a number of new solutions. Such as the D-pillar in a renewed design with integrated ventilation, a fully glazed rear door, an electrically operated table on the aft deck, the access door to the bathing platform, newly designed engine room ventilation, a newly fitted galley with ceramic hob and a dark Corian® worktop.
Like the other models, the design of the Nimbus 405 Coupé is modern, with glued windows, a slightly curved front window, a recessed starboard sliding door and two large electrically operated skylights. The flush mounted sliding door is an integral part of the boat's design, offering maximum walking space and a wide door opening. This side door allows the helmsman to steer the boat while standing in the gangway.
The glued polyurethane glazing of the superstructure has a modern look and unique stability and also makes the salon extremely quiet. The steering position has been completely redesigned, with the dashboard providing space for two 12 inch plotters to be placed next to each other.
The Nimbus 405 Coupé has a spacious aft deck, at floor-level with the bathing platform and saloon. In the saloon, the generously proportioned flat sections stand out, as well as the light, spacious and modern look, while the fabrics and cushions still create a cosy and warm atmosphere. The mahogany wood finish gives a rich feeling of craftsmanship and quality.
The interior of the boat is beautifully finished, both in terms of technology and materials and offers a spacious appearance. The partition wall is finished with light-coloured fabrics, which both enhance the spatial effect and absorb sound. The Nimbus 405 Coupe has three cabins. The master cabin has access to a private toilet and shower, while the side cabins share a wet room with toilet/shower.
Overall, the Nimbus 405 Coupé is a modern, robust and comfortable boat ideal for a carefree and enjoyable stay on board.

The flybridge is equipped with a wet bar with sink, grill and refrigerator, a sun bed, a large sofa and a double chair. The double chair can be rotated 180 degrees, creating a spacious social seating group with the fixed bench. If desired, the sofa can be easily furnished as an extra sun bed. Nimbus Sport Coupé 42, a 12.7-metre cabin boat for long-distance transport in real weather, that changes from closed to open to suit the day.
A cabin boat that changes with the day
The Nimbus Sport Coupé 42 is a fast, spacious cabin boat built for long-distance transport in high comfort, right through the year. What marks it out is how readily it changes from closed to open. Slide back the side doors, the aft door and the roof hatches and the saloon fills with air and light. Close it all down and it keeps you warm and sheltered through rain and cold, whether that is the daily run or a family holiday. All of it rests on generations of experience, made stronger by modern technology.
Fast and seaworthy
The Nimbus Sport Coupé 42 shares the solid handling and seaworthiness of the Sport Tender 42. It cruises between 20 and 40 knots and holds that comfort over long distances at speedm with 45+ knots on tap from the larger engines. Range is 205 nautical miles with outboard power and 285 with inboard
A flexible saloon at the heart of the boat
The Nimbus Sport Coupé 42 carries up to nine people forward-facing, fast and protected, in any weather. The heart of the boat is the saloon, spacious and full of light, with seating that adjusts to what you are doing. Nine seats facing the direction of travel for a fast passage. A dinette for lunch. A large U-sofa for an evening together. The two sofas fold and move on simple handles, and the table raises, lowers, rotates and folds, so one space does the work of several. Storage sits close to hand throughout, and panoramic windows give a near 360° view from inside.
New for the 42 series, the deck saloon gains a galley up at deck level, so cooking happens in the light with everyone around rather than tucked below. A convertible saloon sofa adds a berth when the day runs late, and blackout curtains close the space down for sleep or shade. Open the side doors, slide back the aft door and the roof hatches, and the saloon becomes an open boat. Ceiling height and daylight do the rest. The helm seats two in the snug Nimbus manner, with storage close by, and you can stand or sit to drive. The dashboard takes two 12-inch plotters. New custom Nimbus helm seats, shaped for lateral support, take the fatigue out of a long passage, and joystick steering is available.
Wide passages, room to move
Like the Sport Tender 42, the Nimbus Sport Coupé 42 gives you a wide walk-around with generous deck space and passageways that let people move freely around the boat. It carries the award-winning walk-around of the Sport Cruiser 42 series: the wide sliding doors let two people pass in the doorway without crowding, and boarding, disembarking, loading and unloading are all straightforward. The aft deck has been redesigned for the 42 series, with more usable space, a folding backrest on the aft sofa, and new seating with side cushions along the sides. It works as a load surface, with a folding bench and fender holders, and an easily accessible 2,500-litre stowage space for gear, tools and luggage. An extra helm with plotter and joystick is available on the starboard aft deck.
The swim platform is new, extended, with double-mould construction that is structurally integrated with the hull. On outboard boats an optional hydraulic platform lowers to bring you closer to the water and doubles as a passerelle when moored. A new aft deck shower rinses off the salt after a swim. Along the deck, a new 40mm stainless steel railing and the polished chrome Nimbus hull logo mark the 42 series. The foredeck has room for a divan and a sun bed, with a large cargo hatch through to the forward cabin. The wide gunwales make it a seating and gathering space of its own.
Below deck, two separate cabins sleep two couples or a family of four, and a spacious head holds a toilet and shower with proper headroom. Improved ventilation and sound insulation keep the cabins fresh and quiet, underway and at anchor. The vacuum-infused Divinycell hull insulates against cold and heat, so the inverter-powered air conditioning holds the cabin comfortable right through an overnight stay. The Sport Coupé 42 is prepared for a diesel generator, gyroscopic stabilisation, joystick steering, roof racks, solar panels and more.
"Our ambition was to create a multifunctional contemporary cabin boat that feels natural to use for fishing, swimming, socialising or a holiday. It should be just as useful in the sun as for transport in rain and cold. Usually a boat like this protects you from the weather and wind. The Nimbus Sport Coupé 42’s saloon opens up in fine weather and lets everyone onboard take in the light. If there is too much sun, you fold out the sun protection or start the air conditioning", says Joacim Gustavsson, Chief Designer at Nimbus

The Sport Weekender 42 is Nimbus's weekend cruiser, made for the people who want to make the most of their weekends and short trips.
Smart Scandinavian design
The Nimbus Sport Weekender 42 is built on Scandinavian design, in true Nimbus tradition, worked out with care so the boat stays comfortable and easy to use. It features the award-winning Nimbus sidewalk, which opens up the interior and keeps movement around the deck easy and safe.
The interior layout and multifunctional seating arrangements are specially designed for social activities and entertaining. The multiple large social areas are perfect for hanging out with friends or family, relaxing, taking a swim or soaking up the sun on either the fore deck or on the aft deck. The Nimbus Sport Weekender 42 also includes new features such as folding side balconies for added space and flexibility when anchored and an optional hydraulic swim platform that extends aft of the engines so you guests on board can be closer to the water.
The cockpit of the Nimbus Sport Weekender 42, similar to the Nimbus W9, offers superior protection with a large window screen and seating for three. The standard open boat is equipped with a targa, but an optional large electric sun-top similar to that of the Nimbus Sport Tender 42 can also be added.
Below deck there is space for four people to stay comfortably overnight in two spacious berths and a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower.
On the water
The Sport Weekender 42 runs on the same air-lubricated twin-stepped hull as the Sport Tender 42 and the Sport Coupé 42, with a razor-sharp bow section and a low planing threshold. It runsdry and stable, and the speed range reaches past 45 knots. The boat is fitted with twin MercuryVerado outboards, V8 2×300 hp or V10 2×425 hp, both with Mercury Joystick Piloting and anintegrated bow thruster for easy close-quarters manoeuvring. Behind a large windscreen, the helm seats three and keeps the crew warm and protected when the wind picks up and the rain comes in. The new custom Nimbus helm seats are ergonomic, with lateral support that means less fatigue on a longer passage.
"The Sport Weekender 42 is designed to extend your options and take you where you want to go,with more space and more to do on board. Simplicity and ease of use guided every decision, and the comfort that comes from that is something you feel the moment you step onboard", says Joacim Gustavsson, Chief Designer at Nimbus.
Lounge and large socialising spaces
The heart of the boat is its lounge, a large, multifunctional space that adapts to whatever the weekend asks for: cruising, sunbathing, a swim, entertaining, a long lunch or dinner, or a quiet afternoon reading in the shade. The seating reconfigures for the moment, and there are sunbeds fore and aft for the hours in the sun. A foldable side balcony on the starboard side opens the lounge over the water at anchor. Folded out, the deck steps down to sea level and doubles the social footprint; folded in, it returns to the hull line. It is central to how a weekend at anchor works. The new extended swim platform, double-mould and structurally integrated with the hull, reaches toward the water, and an optional hydraulic platform for the outboards lowers to serve as a passerelle when moored.
The outdoor galley sits aft, close to the seating, so lunch comes together with everyone still around. The new aft-deck seating adds side cushions that turn stowage into more seating when the boat fills with people. The open boat comes with the new Targa T-top, styled after the iconic Nimbus 32 Ballista, with an optional electric soft-top for when you want more cover.
The Nimbus Sport Weekender 42 is the successor to the well known Nimbus W12/W11.

A 12.7-metre walk-around for full days on the water with up to 12 people on board.
Made for the way you, actually spend a day at sea
The Sport Tender 42 is a day boat for full days, made for the kind of day where the boat is the destination. A morning swim. Lunch in the cockpit at anchor. Friends arriving by tender for an afternoon. A long cruise back as the light shifts. The design exists for that day.
What makes for the best days on the water?
Throughout the design process, one question guided every decision: what makes for the best days on the water with the people you want to spend them with?
The answers were specific. Big, flexible socialising spaces. Plenty of room to move around. Sun protection that covers a real part of the boat. Several places to lie back and lounge or sunbathe. Refrigeration sized for actual food and drink, not a token nod to provisioning. A proper outdoor galley with a barbecue. A swim platform with room for several people at once. An aft stowage area generous enough for the gear and the toys, opened with a hydraulic mechanism so it stays accessible whatever you have on board. Every element on the Sport Tender 42 traces back to one of those answers. The boat is what those answers built.
Walk-around design that treats movement as a feature
The Sport Tender 42 is built around how people actually move on a boat. Wide passageways. Treading surfaces sized for two people walking past each other. Aft deck, foredeck, side decks: all dimensioned for movement, all linked.
The walk-around is a design discipline. Furniture sized for use. Decks sized for movement. Transitions sized for ease. The result is a deck plan that opens up the moment you step on board and stays open as the day shifts from cruising to swimming to lunch and back.
The boating experience
“In the design and development process, we deliberately focused on “simplicity” and “easy living” for everyone on board. This includes being able to easily and conveniently board or deboard the boat, to load, to travel, to stay aboard and to own the boat. Everything that has to do with your Nimbus should feel natural and easy regardless of activity. When things are easy, we quite simply feel more relaxed and can focus on the boating experience", Says Mats Jacobsson, Technical Director at Nimbus.
A social heart that adapts to how the day unfolds
The aft deck is the social heart of the Sport Tender 42, and most days on the boat happen here. The space is designed around how people actually spend time on the water, in every weather and at every speed.
The lounge has three sofas and a large table. Sofas, table, and canvas sun cover move with simple handles and reconfigure for the moment. Forward-facing seating for a fast cruise across the bay. A long sun pad when the anchor is down and the swim has just ended. A face-to-face arrangement around the table for a long lunch, the kind that stretches past coffee. The same space, three uses, no compromise.
The canvas sun cover does real work. It extends across a substantial part of the deck for the times the sun is direct, and folds clear when the day cools or the light is worth keeping. Shade for the bright hours, daylight for the rest.
A foldable side balcony on the starboard side, new for the 42 series, opens the lounge over the water at anchor. Folded out, the deck steps directly down to sea level and the social footprint doubles. Children can step from the platform straight to the deck. Friends from a neighbouring boat tie up alongside and step across in a single move. Folded in, the balcony returns to the hull line and the boat keeps its underway lines.
The outdoor galley sits aft, with drawers for cutlery and tableware, a sink with hot water, and space for a gas stove or electric grill. Refrigeration is sized for a full day on the water, with multiple compartments to separate fresh, cold, and frozen. Lunch on board is the kind of lunch that means something, an unhurried meal in the bay rather than the compromise lunch from a marina café two hours later.
The aft stowage, 2,500 litres on the outboard configuration, opens with a hydraulic mechanism accessible from the aft deck. Room for a stand-up paddleboard, a couple of sea bobs, wakeboards, an inflatable tender, the spare wetsuits, the towels, the everything-else for the day. The swim platform extends the social space toward the water, and the aft deck seating arrangement adds side cushions that turn storage into more seating when the boat fills with people.
A boat that gives you the morning, the midday, and the evening on the water, and the kind of day that becomes the story you tell on the way home.
Built to run dry and stable at 45+ knots
The hull is an air-lubricated twin-stepped design with a razor-sharp bow section and a low planing threshold. Built to run dry and stable in real conditions at 45+ knots and across the cruising range below. For the helm, two paths: Mercury Joystick Piloting with integrated bow thruster across the Mercury outboard range, or Volvo Penta inboard with the assisted docking package and joystick control. Both make close-quarter manoeuvring effortless. For owners who want more power, the Sport Tender 42 can be fitted with dual Mercury V10 425hp engines. Performers, sized for those who want it.

The W11, Nimbus' vision of the ideal weekend cruiser, is designed for people with active lifestyles who want to extend their weekends.
Nimbus W11 - extend your weekends
The W11, Nimbus's vision of the ideal weekend cruiser, is designed for individuals with active lifestyles who wish to extend their weekends, travel farther and spend time with loved ones.
The Nimbus W11 is an evolution of the W9, designed with more space and features on board. This includes a spacious aft lounge area with adjustable seating arrangements, multiple sun-beds, outdoor cuisine, gyro stabilization, ample storage for gear and toys, and a generous amount of deck space, allowing for maximum freedom of movement.
"The Nimbus W11 is tailored to meet the needs of boaters who want to make the most of their weekends and short trips. Whether you're looking to entertain guests or spend time with family, the W11 has you covered,” says Jonas Göthberg, commercial manager of Nimbus Boats Sweden AB.
Smart functional design
The W11 is built with functional Scandinavian design as a core element, in true Nimbus tradition, executed with care to ensure the best comfort and experience for the user. It also features the award-winning Nimbus sidewalk design which provides ample interior space and easy and safe movement on the deck.
The interior layout and multifunctional seating arrangement are specially designed for social activities and entertaining. Large social areas are available where you can hang out with friends or family, relax, take a bath or soak up the sun on either the fore deck or on the aft deck. The W11 also includes new features such as folding side balconies for added space and flexibility when anchored and an optional hydraulic bathing platform that extends aft of the engines, which can be adjusted for usage.
The cockpit of the Nimbus W11, similar to the W9, offers superior protection with a large window screen and seating for three. The standard open boat is equipped with a targa, but an option of a large electric sun-top similar to that of the T11 can also be added.
Below deck there is space for four people to stay comfortably overnight in two spacious berths and a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower.
Lounge and large socializing spaces
The boat’s heart is found in its lounge area. This is an extra spacious and multifunctional socializing space that can be easily adapted depending on activities such as cruising, sunbathing, swimming, entertaining, lunch and dinner or a quiet afternoon of reading in the shade.
The boat is built on the same well-balanced stepped hull as the Nimbus T11 and the Nimbus C11 with proven great high-speed properties in combination with a low planning threshold. The boat is fitted with two Mercury V10 outboard engines 2 x 300 hp or 2 x 400 hp. The speed range is between 20 and 40+ knots.
"The Nimbus W11 is designed to extend your options, take you where you want to go fast, with more space and features on board. Simplicity and ease of use were key considerations in its development, resulting in a boat with next-level comfort to maximize easy living," says Joacim Gustavsson, chief designer at Nimbus.

The Nimbus C11 is a fast Commuter, of which you can easily change the "closed" Commuter character into an "open" day- or family holiday boat.
The C11 is the second boat in the new eleven-metre Nimbus series following the latest T11. The C11 is a purpose-built, rapid commuter vessel, constructed to equally meet the needs of year-round commuters, active day-trippers or those planning longer, staged journeys with overnight stays.
The C11 prioritises spaciousness, surfaces and functionality to provide the best possible onboard load capacity and freedom of movement. The result is easily accessible stowage, wide gangways, extra-large sliding doors and passages through which two people can pass in comfort. Watch the video to learn more about the C11.
The Nimbus C11 is a boat for connoisseurs of contemporary Scandinavian design; those who appreciate well-though-out solutions and smart functionality. The spacious cockpit offers splendid natural light, with a large, sliding glass roof hatch and a modern, snug driver’s position.
“Unlike other boats in the commuter category, the C11 offers excellent overnight facilities, with room for four adults and two children thanks to its spacious forecabin and convertible salon.” says Joacim Gustavsson.
“It is important to us that we are able to meet the needs and wishes communicated to us by our customers, the people who use their boats to get around on a daily basis. This is why we have created a modern commuter, for those who travel in typical Nordic weather throughout the year. However, it would be remiss not to point out that this remains a leisure craft and should not be compared with models built for professional boat categories.
“The Nimbus C11 is a thoughtfully designed vessel that offers appropriate functionality for those seeking a spacious, fast, year-round commuter but who would also like to travel under cover on longer staged journeys or active daytrips.” according to Joacim Gustavsson, Head Designer at Nimbus Boats Sweden AB

Nimbus T11. First "11" in the Nimbus WTC Series. The T11 is a very fast, spacious and comfortable Tender.der.
The Nimbus T11 embodies the vision of Nimbus to develop a perfect touring boat with the aim of combining uncomplicated life on board with fun with friends and family. This means a boat with a large lounge area with adjustable seats, several sun beds, outdoor kitchen, gyro-stabilization, XXL storage for equipment and "toys" and an impressive deck area that offers an overwhelming freedom of movement. All this packaged in modern Scandinavian design.
The Nimbus T11 is a 12.5 metre long walk-around sports boat designed for excursions, with space for up to 12 people on board, and plenty of opportunities for fun and activities. At the same time, the boat offers enough space for everyone on board to be able to sit safely at higher speeds in the direction of travel.
Lounge area and large rooms for a cosy atmosphere
The heart of the boat is the lounge in the cockpit. This is a particularly spacious and multifunctional area that can easily and quickly be classified for various activities such as sunbathing, swimming, eating and drinking, as well as for while sailing. The benches, tables and awning offer flexibility because they can be rotated with simple handles, folded down and moved to other positions. Depending on what you want.
The lounge has three benches and a large table, which, depending on its position, serves as a sun deck or seat, where all persons can sit in the direction of travel or opposite each other. The outdoor kitchen has drawers for crockery and cutlery, a sink with hot water and space for a ceramic gas hob or an electric grill.
The large storage space measures just over 2,500 litres and has a hydraulic opening mechanism that is easily accessible from the aft deck. The storage space offers space for everything, whether it's stand-up paddleboards, scooters, wakeboards or an inflatable dinghy. The bathing platform and aft deck provide sufficient space for several people at once.
The cockpit is comfortably designed in the typical Nimbus style and equipped with extra large stowage compartments for storing luggage and space for three people to sit while sailing. The foredeck provides space for a bench and a sun lounger. Like the T9-series, the T11 also has a large hatch at the front of the cab. The wide and deep pulpit makes it possible to use the foredeck as a seat.
Below deck are two separate cabins with room for two couples or a family of four. There is a spacious bathroom with toilet, shower and sufficient headroom.
Speed and seaworthiness
The Nimbus T11 Series features a new, well-balanced stepped hull with fantastic performance at high speeds combined with a low platform threshold. The foredeck has been sharply cut to cut the waves comfortably, and the shape of the hull has been optimised for dry sailing with little splashing water.

Award-winning Nimbus 365 Coupé with "all-round" qualities, where cosiness and life on board are combined with excellent sailing characteristics.
International award winning boat with superior "all round" qualites, where socialising and other onboard activities have been combined with excellent long cruising characteristics. The Nimbus 365 Coupe is all about functional design and is built for the conscious yachtsman who appreciate simplicity, comfort and safety but also for families who want to enjoy a perfect weekend cruise.
Function, function and function
The most eye-catching feature of the new Nimbus 365 Coupe is its appearance. The new Nimbus 365 Coupe has a more modern design language, with sportier contours inherited from its sisters the Nimbus 305 and Nimbus 405 Coupe. The intention has of course been to provide the boat with a new appearance more in harmony with the rest of the Coupé range but above all it is a matter of improved functionality. Examples of this functional and improved design are stronger bumper list, improved visibility from the helmet position and saloon, a new D-pillar with integrated ventilation, double sunroofs giving more natural light in the saloon, an extended aft roof for better shelter and easier canopy handling, a new, improved side door and redesigned pulpits with improved functionality and safety.
An interior characterised by Scandinavian design
The interior of the Nimbus 365 Coupe offers genuine quality with beautiful dark mahogany creating a delightful contrast to the light varnished surfaces and a feeling of warmth. The boat has two cabins - the master cabin and guest cabin - with a common toilet. An innovation is that both cabins are equipped with high cupboards/wardrobes for increased storage. Bulkheads in cabins are fabric covered in light sound-absorbent material. LED lighting throughout the boat is well thought out and creates a cosy interior as well as being functional. Integrated ventilation makes a considerable difference to air circulation and quality.
Available space in the saloon has been maximised and it feels lighter and more spacious than the previous model. The main reason being the extra-large glass roof for generous natural light and two large sunroofs (electric or manual) with integrated blinds. The saloon has large flat surfaces but still feels snug.
The reversible passenger sofa has space for two adults or one adult plus two children who can face in the direction of travel. The U-sofa in the saloon is large and has room for a large table, with ample space for four people to eat or six to relax in comfort. The U-sofa easily converts to an extra double bed.
The boat has laminated windows with a large arched front windshield, a new flush-fitting sliding door to starboard and a fully openable window to port.

NEW 10.8m Nimbus Sport Tender 35 - Crafted for Living... it start with imagening the perfect day!
Nimbus Sport Tender 35 - Crafted for Living
A good day on the water is rarely about the person at the wheel. It is about everyone who came along, the children, the friends, the one pouring coffee while someone else drops the anchor or takes a dip. The new Nimbus Sport Tender 35 was designed around that day, and everything else followed.
Today Nimbus reveals the first images of the Sport Tender 35, the signature first model of the new Sport Cruiser 35 series. It is the clearest expression yet of the Scandinavian design philosophy that has guided Nimbus since 1968. Design where every choice answers to the people onboard and the life they live there.
The Sport Tender 35 sets the future direction for the Nimbus Sport Cruisers, just as the award-winning 495 Flybridge does for the Coupé Cruisers. It is an all-new boat on a newly developed, air-lubricated twin-stepped hull. The new Sport Cruiser 35 series comprises three models on a single hull: the Sport Tender, the Sport Weekender and the Sport Coupé. The Sport Tender 35 is the first.
This is what Nimbus means by Crafted for Living. A boat is measured by the life that happens onboard and around it, the mornings, the long lunches, the swim before the wind picks up, the evening when nobody wants to go in. The 35 is built to give that life room, and make those days a reality.
It starts with imagining the perfect day
Every Nimbus begins the same way. Before the hand sketches, before the hull line is drawn, the designers ask one question. How does a day onboard actually look and feel, from the moment you wake to the moment you turn for home.
Picture it. You load up the boat, top up the refrigerator, gather the family or a few friends, and head out to a sheltered bay or an island. If the wind picks up or the rain comes in on the way, you sit warm and sheltered thanks to the integrated canvas side canopies, with room to move inside and around the boat. You settle into a U-sofa with a backrest that holds you comfortably, and you can stand safely in the middle of the boat, where you might want to be if the waves pick up. When you arrive, the canvas folds away in seconds, the sun beds open fore and aft, the hull sides fold out into balconies down to the water, and the galley is a step away when someone wants a coffee or a cool drink. The way home is just as simple. The day just feels easy and that ease is the hardest thing of all to design.
Two decks that change through the day
The Nimbus Sport 35 has two living spaces, and both change with the day. Nimbus calls them multifunctional. In practice it means the boat you travel in on a cool morning and the boat you swim from at noon are the same boat, rearranged in seconds.
The fore deck
The fore deck is a work surface with wide and secure footing when you are boarding, loading gear and handling ropes, and two broad sun lounge areas when you are not, each around two metres across so you can lie along them or across them and follow the sun through the afternoon. Eight can sit up here. The Nimbus habit of turning the gunwales into seats is here too, lowered and shaped into proper places to sit, among the nicest seats on any boat. Channels drain every cushion so nothing sits in a puddle in rain or heavy seas, and the new click-fit latches hold the lockers shut without a sound underway. The lockers run all the way to the bow, long enough for the canopy poles, a fishing rod or the gear of a long day, and a fixed bow ladder, the same one proven on the 305 Coupé, makes stepping ashore or onto a low jetty easy and safe.
The aft deck
The aft deck is where you gather during the day and where it all comes together.
A large U-sofa seats six on a solid laminate frame, built into the boat itself, somewhere comfortable to sit and read, relax, dine with the family or hang out with friends. Its three-part backrest is the clever part. Fold the sections together for one large sun bed, fold them apart for a sofa, sit facing each other, or turn a section outward over the fold-out balconies and watch the water with your feet toward it. The balconies open from the hull sides and bring you right down to the water at anchor. Stowage is generous and easy to reach, under the sofa, forward of the engines, and extra-deep side lockers that swallow several fenders. The galley is split in two on purpose, so people can still move through the centre of the boat even with the canvas sides pulled out, and because it sits up in the cockpit with a 65 litre fridge, plus an optional 70 litre fridge under the sofa, you can pour drinks and feed everyone without going below.
For owners who fish, the Nimbus Sport Tender 35 is ready for it. A live bait tank can be fitted in the port aft locker.
Built around everyone onboard
Designing around everyone onboard is the one thing that sets the 35 apart from a class that often sells the person at the wheel a fantasy. It shows up differently for different people.
For a family, the cabin opens up real possibilities. There is room below for two cabins that sleep five. A full-length double forward, two full-length berths in the mid-cabin, and a sofa that takes a child. A family of five can spend the day here, and stay a few nights when they want to. The head is spacious, with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Because the day belongs to everyone, so does the boat. The helm is built to be handled by anyone onboard, the decks are built to be moved through by everyone, and the freedom to go from bow to stern without climbing over anything or asking anyone to move aside is, in the words of the team, worth more than you realise until you are out there using it. Boating is so much more than getting from one place to another.
More Nimbus, by taking things away
More is the easy answer in this part of the market. The 35 takes the harder route. Anyone can add. Knowing what to leave out is the craft.
What remains is built to be felt. A single laminate structure runs in one piece from behind the helm seat all the way to the roof, with the full-height windscreen built into the roof, for a stiffness you sense underfoot when the weather turns serious. The T-top is standard and integrated, and its pillars are shaped with a facet that exists for a reason, to hold a handle exactly where a hand reaches for one. Its acrylic sunroof keeps the sun off while it keeps the space light and open, so the cockpit stays bright without the glare. The sound system is built into the roof, and the lighting is the kind of detail Nimbus has always cared about.
Ambient and courtesy lighting as standard, step lights over the surfaces you walk on, downlights over the galley and lights below the waterline, including under the balconies. Ventilation is integrated and out of sight, as on the 42 series. That is Scandinavian thinking, where the shape follows the function. Even the helm is kept clean, inherited from the award-winning 495 Flybridge, with the wiper controls on paddles at the wheel, the buttons you actually use built into it, and a choice of twin 12-inch displays or a single 16-inch.
Design and the air-lubricated twin-stepped hull
Longtime Nimbus owners will recognise the shape of the new model at once. The sheer line is back, the long curve that runs along the top of the hull, and with it the volume and the height in the hull sides that the low-boat trend had taken away. It makes the boat more beautiful to look at and gives more inside it, room on deck, a steadier feeling underway, space in the cabin. This is Nimbus building substantial dayboats you can genuinely live on.
Underneath, the 35 rides on a twin-stepped, air-lubricated hull, vacuum-infused around a Divinycell core so it is light and stiff at once. Nimbus introduced the step hull with the Nova R series in 2000, among the first production boats anywhere to run one, and has refined it across the Nova, R and T ranges in the twenty-six years since, long before the rest of the class made steps a headline. The 35 takes it further, with a sharper bow section and a deeper V aft. The result is a boat that runs dry and stays composed when the weather turns serious, and steady the rest of the time. Built in one piece, the hull is exceptionally stiff, and that stiffness, more than weight, is what keeps the ride solid and free of slamming when you push on. It adds up to genuinely good seakeeping, the kind you come to trust
The right engines for the boat
Nimbus has a clear view on power, the right engines for the boat. The Nimbus Sport Tender 35 is offered with a single V10 or twin V8 outboards, with a propeller chosen for strong acceleration and usable range across the whole speed band. It cruises comfortably between 30 and 36 knots and runs well over 40 at the top, around 45 with the twin V8. The verified figures follow once the boat has been on the water and Mercury has signed them off. The boat is built for the whole of boating, and for everyone on it.

Robust, stylish and functional with an attractive design and elegant lines for bon vivants, families and dedicated skippers.
Robust, stylish and functional with an attractive design and elegant lines for epicureans, families and hard-working skippers. In addition to a number of improvements and smart, functional solutions, the biggest changes have taken place below deck. The new hull shape eliminates the planing threshold and allows comfortable sailing at speeds between 0 and 22 knots, with lower fuel consumption.
The biggest news is the hull of the ship, a completely new design and optimized for speeds from 0 to 22 knots. The hull is made for smaller engines and is built so that you can always sail comfortably, regardless of your speed. Thanks to the hydrodynamic shape of the hull, there is no threshold at which the ship will plan.
We at Nimbus want a ship to sail comfortably at the usual speeds. We know that the Coupé owners like to cross at speeds between 4 and 20 knots, where a ship at a speed of about 10 knots often pulls a big fence wave and consumes a lot of fuel. For the Nimbus 305 Coupé we designed a hull that sails comfortably over the entire speed range. In practice, the 305 Coupé has no plantation threshold and low fuel consumption at all speeds. The speed can be adjusted to the weather conditions, which enhances safety, increases comfort and gives seafarers every opportunity to enjoy the environment," says Mats Jacobsson, Product Development Manager at Nimbus.

Nimbus 305 Drophead - a new type of Daycruiser suitable for comfortable weekend and day trips.
Nimbus 305 Drophead - a new type of Daycruiser suitable for comfortable weekend and day trips. The motor yacht is built according to the new Smart Speed concept, which guarantees maximum comfort for all passengers, at any speed. Design and functionality are optimally geared to cosiness and receiving guests on board.
-With the Nimbus 305 Drophead we focus on those who just want to enjoy a comfortable ride, where fun is key and speed is not the most important factor," says Joacim Gustavsson, head designer at Nimbus.
The Smart Speed concept
The Smart Speed concept means that the hull is designed to sail comfortably at speeds from 0 to 22 knots. The hull does not have a pronounced planing threshold and sails sparingly at all speeds. The speed can be adjusted to the conditions at sea, which is safer, gives more comfort and allows those on board to enjoy the surroundings to the fullest.
The Nimbus 305 Drophead is an open Daycruiser built on the same base as the award-winning Nimbus 305 Coupé. This means a stylistically pure Scandinavian design, in which ease of use and smart, functional solutions are central.
Take, for example, the electrically operated canvas hood (optional), which folds up at the touch of a button and folds into a cassette concealed in the window frame - simply and stylishly. When unfolded, the canvas canopy extends over the entire cockpit, i.e. the steering position, the wetbar and the dining area. The dining table for four people can easily be converted into an extra double bed. The bench on the port side can be rotated so that two people can sit facing forward. The cockpit and the aft deck harmonise. The beautiful choice of materials and the large U-shaped sofa for 6 people offer every comfort to enjoy sunny days. In the wet bar is a fully equipped with a 65l fridge, sink and space for a microwave, electric grill or electric or gas hob.
The Nimbus 305 Drophead is particularly spacious because the integrated bathing platform is at floor-level on the aft deck and the cockpit.

The new Nimbus Weekender 9 is a 9-metre-long boat suitable for all kinds of activities.
Discover the Nimbus W9: a versatile, well-designed weekender boat offering unmatched convenience and performance for your on-water journeys.
Day cruiser for an active lifestyle
"We have carefully selected some of the highlights from our best-selling boats, carefully refining the design and developing new functionality in order to make life as easy and comfortable as possible for everyone on board. The W9 has inherited a great deal of its design language and elements from our older, iconic models,” explains Joacim Gustavsson, Chief Designer at Nimbus.
Among the design elements that will be easily recognized are the interior layout, which has many similarities to the 26 Epoca and 32 Ballista, the broad fore deck for extra safety and ease of boarding and disembarking, a feature of the Max II, the design of the side windows from the 22 Spectra, the design and function of the window frame with integrated canvas hood cover from the 305 Drophead, the air-lubricated stepped hull introduced to the Nimbus family with the R-series in 2000, and much more.
Excellent seaworthiness and speed
The W9’s hull is long, with a sharp bow section and a relatively flat hull at the stern. The Nimbus development team has purposely made every effort to maintain a low center of gravity and to obtain a beneficial length to width ratio that causes the boat to take a certain wavelength and cover the ocean safely. The new hull makes the W9 fast, with a maximum speed of +40 knots.
“Our aim was to ensure that the boat was secure and harmonic at all speeds, especially between 20-35 knots, and also have a minimal planing threshold. Those who have test driven the W9 up to now have experienced precisely that. The fact that – due to its excellent balance, stability and well-defined flair – the boat remains extremely dry without excessive spray, only increases the sense of security. It certainly feels as if we’ve succeeded,” says Mats Jacobsson, Technical Director at Nimbus.
“We realize the importance of meeting the needs of a larger target group by offering boats with great flexibility for various areas of use, based on a single platform. As things look today, these needs vary from long, year-round transportation in northern Norway to short, speedy day trips in the Mediterranean, and everything in between.” explains Jonas Göthberg, Commercial Director at Nimbus.
Functional design executed with care
The W9 features the prize-winning Nimbus Sidewalk design. This provides the boat with generous space for its size and also makes it safe to move around the boat and foredeck. Clear walkways around the entire boat increase safety and provide a sense of security both in port and at sea.
The bow design is new and is the result of a desire to draw out the water line as far as possible to achieve the desired cruising characteristics. The bow angle facilitates an integrated front anchor winch and reduces the risk of collision when docking on rocks. The cockpit provides protection for everyone on board with its large window screen. The interior layout and furniture arrangement is specially designed for social activities and entertaining in a variety of situations. One significant asset of the W9 is the unusual ease with which it can change use, for example when it’s time to take a dip after a meal on board.
“On many boats, it can often be complicated to change from one activity to another, requiring lifting, clearing away, screwing and unscrewing components and removing or putting out cushions. Aboard the W9, only a few simple actions are required to change the boat’s function from a dining area to sunbathing and swimming activities,” says Joacim Gustavsson.
Our aim was to ensure that the boat was secure and harmonic at all speeds, especially between 20-35 knots, and also have a minimal planing threshold. Those who have test driven the W9 up to now have experienced precisely that. The fact that – due to its excellent balance, stability and well-defined flair – the boat remains extremely dry without excessive spray, only increases the sense of security. It certainly feels as if we’ve succeeded.says Matts Jacobson, Technical Director at Nimbus

Take in some sun at the rear of the cockpit or take shade under the cleverly designed roof. Let the sun and air fill the cockpit by opening the large sky lights. The roomy social area in the cockpit of the Aquador 250 HTis a mark of design and practicality. All on one level, there is no need to navigate steps and ledges anywhere in the pantry, dining, and rear swim platform area. Stepping down below into the forward cabin of the Aquador 250 HT and once again the feeling of space and comfort is the first thing that you sense. Aquador 250 HT with unique Hard Top design, high functionality and modern design.
Unique is a term often used, but rarely merited. The 250 HT though, boasts characteristics and stand-alone features that no other boat in its class can match, including a hard-top design and unique layout that is quintessentially Aquador. There are 8-meter boats that feature biminis, fully enclosed cabins, or fully open cockpits, but there is nothing quite like the Hard-Top design from which the Aquador 250 HT gets its name.
Protection from the elements like a cabin, but with an open rear area out onto the cockpit – for complete protection, the rear of the cockpit can be fully enclosed using the canopy. Clever and spacious storage options are concealed throughout the deck and the large well-equipped pantry will be the source of countless meals to be enjoyed by friends and family wherever you happen to be. Stepping down below into the forward cabin of the Aquador 250 HT and once again the feeling of space and comfort is the first thing that you sense. Featuring a wide main sleeping berth, mid-berth divided by a privacy curtain, spacious head, and plenty of storage options, you’ll have to remind yourself that you are on an 8-meter boat!

Compared to the previous Paragon 31 Flybridge model the hull of the is 40 cm longer and also 10 cm higher. The extra length improve already excellent seagoing properties and reduce planning threshold. The increased hull height allows the Paragon 31 Flybridge to be fitted with dual Volvo Penta D4-320 DPI engines. The aft deck is completely flush, with effective drainage, to provide maximum surface area and has plenty of stowage both above and below deck. The aft deck has an optional seating arrangement with cushions and a table which makes it a perfect socialising area for 6-8 people.

The aft deck has been redesigned with a larger usable area, plus a practical foldable backrest on the aft sofa that makes the space even more versatile. Beyond the visible upgrades, Nimbus has also refined the details that matter on the water: improved cabin ventilation, more effective sound insulation, optimized serviceability, and an upgraded lighting environment both inside and out.

The Nimbus Sport Tender 42 is a sporty, spacious and comfortable 12 tender yacht. She is the logical evolution of the well known Nimbus T12/T11

The Sport Weekender 42 is Nimbus's weekend cruiser, made for the people who want to make the most of their weekends and short trips

The Nimbus 405 Flybridge, very spacious, comfortable flybridge motoryacht with good long range cruising characteristics.
The Nimbus 405 Flybridge is a Nimbus Coupé model built for experienced skippers who enjoy social activities, comfortable living space, easy handling combined with excellent long distance sailing characteristics.
The Nimbus 405 Flybridge design is in full harmony with the design of the new coupé series. The roof has light, flowing lines and is equipped with the characteristic folding mast. A large, fixed roof window makes the salon very light and airy, despite the superstructure. The Nimbus 405 Flybridge's flybridge offers both cleverly arranged functional and comfortable living space.
All functions on the Nimbus 405 Flybridge are designed to allow the boat to pass under bridges in just a few simple steps.

The expressive shape of the hull windows leaves no doubt about the origin of this dream yacht. The six-meter-long panoramic windows and the large sunroof allow natural light to flood into every corner of the saloon. Outside, the extra-large bathing platform and the grill lend exclusivity to life on board. Inside, comfort awaits you with thought lavished on even the smallest details - from the separate wine fridge to the rain shower in the owner's bathroom. Across three double cabins and two bathrooms, you and your guests will enjoy the luxury of the C530. Aft there is a large storage space, which can be converted into a crew cabin.
