In the forward section is the wet cell and the owner's cabin with a spacious double bed. In front of the point is the second cabin with two berths. The cockpit of this Lemsteraak is completely covered with teak and is very spacious and comfortable. Deck and superstructure are made of stainless steel with a teak deck on top. This 11 meter Lemsteraak is equipped with many extra options that offer optimal comfort while sailing and staying on board;. e.g. this Lemsteraak is equipped with a three-bladed vane propeller and electric sword winches. For hoisting the sails and folding the mast, the ship is equipped with Van Heemskerk stainless steel deck winches.
